Marcus Preciado was born in Panama the son of a Special Forces, Green Beret. As an Army Brat, he grew up bouncing back and forth in between Panama and North Carolina. He eventually finished his last years of high school in Santa Barbara, while his father taught Military Science at UCSB.

In 1990, he attended San Diego State University, where he played football, studied business, and met his wife Tracey. Marcus spent the first part of his professional career in the corporate world leading sales teams at industry leading companies like Enterprise Rent-a-car and Owens Corning.

His last ten plus years were spent at the San Diego's dynamic Rock Church,  where he had a dramatic impact on the ministry and community as Director of Sports. Marcus oversaw 30+ sports ministries, and founded SUPERFEST, the county's  premiere sports outreach. His final role at the Rock was as the Campus Pastor of the Point Loma campus. He loved training and overseeing the staff while supporting the 500+ volunteers, and encouraging the 6500+ attendees of the Sunday services.

Marcus and Tracey have four children whom they love supporting. Their oldest son Diego, is currently a freshman at Stanford where he studies Mechanical Engineering and plays football.

Chris is the Vice President of Admissions & Marketing for San Diego Christian College. He has built a career on driving change at the organizational, community, and personal levels.

He started in marketing and advertising, pursued an MBA, and launched his own company. As a hands-on CEO, team builder, and marketer, he led the businesses through rapid growth—from zero to $500K in 12 months—and soon sold the business in search of new challenges.

As an executive within The Dave Ramsey Organization, he helped change people’s lives by providing clear, actionable strategies that enabled them to make smart financial decisions. He played a key role in guiding The Dave Ramsey Organization to earn recognition as one of Nashville Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” for eight consecutive years.

Chris coaches leaders from businesses and non-profit organizations as part of EntreLeadership programs and events nationwide. He offers his expertise and insight to assist senior executives and small business entrepreneurs while empowering them to maximize their teams and results.

Chris and his wife Mindy have two children attending college in San Diego.
